Full product MVPs (mobile or web) usually reach a shippable first version in 6–10 weeks. We prioritize functional MVPs over perfect scope — we ship, then iterate.

• How does DOERS work and where are you based?

  DOERS is a remote-first studio based in Europe, working with clients globally. We run short async sprints, share progress weekly, and keep communication direct via Slack, email, and scheduled calls. All work is version-controlled from day one and deployed continuously so you always see the latest build.

• What if I'm not happy with the result?

  We build iteratively and share progress at every stage — you see the site taking shape before anything goes live. Each package includes revision rounds so we can fine-tune until it feels right. If something isn't working, we fix it. Our goal is a site you're genuinely proud of, not one you reluctantly accept.

• I don’t know exactly what I need yet — can I still book a call?

  Yes — that’s actually the most common starting point. Book a 30-minute discovery call and we’ll talk through what you’re trying to build, who it’s for, and what would actually move the needle. You leave with a clear next step, not a sales pitch. No prep required.

• What happens after launch — do you maintain the site?

  Every package includes a support window after launch (30 days for Standard, 90 days for Premium). After that, you can either run the site yourself (we hand over a documented codebase and deployment pipeline) or stay on a light retainer for updates, copy changes, and new sections. We’ll match the level of involvement you actually want.

• How quickly do you respond to messages?

  Within one business day for the first reply, usually within a few hours during European working hours (CET). During an active project, we run async on Slack/email plus a weekly sync — you always know what we’re working on and when the next milestone lands.

• Can I see work other than the Coach Fredo case study?

  Right now Coach Fredo is the live case study we’re publishing publicly — the rest of our work either belongs to clients under NDA, sits in stealth (e.g. Compound Academy, Sway), or is internal product work. On a discovery call we can walk through more relevant references depending on what you’re building.

• Can the scope change after we start?

  Yes. We work in short cycles and make scope-tradeoffs explicit before they cost you money. If something needs to grow or shift, we’ll tell you what it adds in time and cost upfront — no surprise invoices, no quiet scope creep. Most projects ship close to the original number because we plan in functional MVPs, not feature wish-lists.
