What happens after launch — do you maintain the site?

Every package includes a support window after launch (30 days for Standard, 90 days for Premium). After that, you can either run the site yourself (we hand over a documented codebase and deployment pipeline) or stay on a light retainer for updates, copy changes, and new sections. We match the level of involvement you actually want.

How quickly do you respond to messages?

Within one business day for the first reply, usually within a few hours during European working hours (CET). During an active project, we run async on Slack/email plus a weekly sync — you always know what we are working on and when the next milestone lands.

Can the scope change after we start?

Yes. We work in short cycles and make scope tradeoffs explicit before they cost you money. If something needs to grow or shift, we will tell you what it adds in time and cost upfront — no surprise invoices, no quiet scope creep. Most projects ship close to the original number because we plan in functional MVPs, not feature wish-lists.
